In order to establish the dietitian-client relationship within the scope of the legal legislation, to perform the nutrition programs that should be prepared individually and to fulfill the contractual provisions, to benefit the personal data owners from the products and services offered, the name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, height, age, weight, health status of the client. To record the analysis, drugs used, sports done and detailed information about them, to organize all records and documents that will be the basis of the transaction in electronic (internet / mobile etc.) or paper media; The information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by the legislation, authorized institutions and other authorities are complied with. Special categories of personal data; due to communication, providing information and similar processes within the contractual relationship, personal data is processed within the terms and purposes of processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

If you apply to us in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK regarding your personal data, regarding your personal data;
